The upscale community of Stevenson Ranch rises toward the hilltops across the I5 freeway just to the west of Santa Clarita and the views are breathtaking.

Stevenson Ranch is one of the newest planned communities in the Santa Clarita Valley.  It is not part of the city of Santa Clarita and has its own town council elected from among the residents.  There is, however, some discussion of it becoming part of Santa Clarita.

Adjacent to the freeway is a shopping district for Stevenson Ranch along the Old Road.  Morning coffee is always a favorite!

In Stevenson Ranch are neighborhoods for executive homes, smaller family homes and condos as well as shopping areas, recreation and lower and middle schools.
