Hello and welcome to a simply wonderful place to buy a home and live, the Santa Clarita Valley.  Nestled among the hills just 30 miles north of Los Angeles on the I5 freeway, and less than an hour from the Pacific, the Santa Clarita Valley is a world apart.  Ancient oak trees dot the hillsides beneath a brilliant blue sky.  The vibrant new Town Center offers shopping, dining and entertainment.  Travel to downtown Los Angeles is effortless using the MetroRail train service.

The entire Santa Clarita Valley, with its population of over 240,000, is very family-oriented with many wholesome activities for people of all ages -- from children to their parents to retirees.  This area is ranked among the safest -- with the least crime -- in the United States.  The median age is 34.5 and 55% of valley residents have attended college.

The City of Santa Clarita is a consolidation of several towns in the valley, including Saugus, Valencia, Canyon Country and Newhall.  Newer communities in the Valley  include the upscale Stevenson Ranch

Homes, condos, and townhouses are available for sale in spectacular new neighborhoods or quiet older communities with tree-lined streets.  There are even luxurious waterfront and golf course homes and, of course, stylish townhouses and condos adjacent to the Valencia Town Center.  Horse properties, ranches as well as  commercial and business properties are available for sale.
